Properties are located in 12 states, including CA, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, NC, NE, OH, PA, & WI and include cities Atlanta, Chicago, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Detroit, Indianapolis, Greensboro, Milwaukee, Omaha, Pittsburgh, Raleigh, & Lexington.
Since 2003, the principals of Omega have invested in excess of $1B in industrial assets, including large notable transactions (over $100 million) for Nestle Foods and others. Capital raised has exceeded $300 million, and comes primarily from a stable of high-net worth individuals and institutional partners.
