Omega’s principals have over 100 years combined experience in industrial and investment real estate, having transacted in excess of $5 billion in ownership and advisory capacities. While ownership interests are primarily in single tenant industrial facilities, there are also holdings in medical office, multifamily and retail assets, with holdings in over 13 states.
Since 2003, the principals of Omega have invested in excess of $1B in industrial assets, including large notable transactions (over $100 million) for Nestle Foods and others. Capital raised has exceeded $300 million, and comes primarily from a stable of high-net worth individuals and institutional partners.
Current portfolio tenants include: Akzo Nobel Coatings, Amazon, Ball Corporation, DHL, Duke University, Dupont, Exel/DHL (Pfizer/Glaxo), Fedex Express, Fedex Supply Chain, Goodyear, Hollister Medical, Martin-Brower, Material Control Systems (John Deere), Novant Health, Ridge Tool (Emerson Electric), Sanofi Pharmaceuticals, Sherwin Williams, Smithfield Foods, Smiths Group PLC, and others.
